Unfortunately not. All of our deliveries come direct from our warehouse, not a storefront, so all orders are delivered.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking code for either Australia Post or DHL.

Your address can only be changed if it has not yet shipped. Contact us as soon as possible at hello@fuzzyard.com along with your order number and correct address, and we will try our best to update this for you.

Unfortunately no. Once your order has been placed, our system prevents us from editing an order. If needed, we can cancel your order for you.

Orders are processed within 24 hours. Delivery within Australia typically takes 3–5 business days. Regional and international orders may take longer.

Any international orders may incur a fee when arriving at the destination country. Any fees incurred are the responsibility of the customer. Customers should be familiar with any fees related to duties and taxes before purchasing.

Popular styles and items can often sell out quickly. Some items are exclusive and once they are gone, they're gone. We do however restock many of our popular products. You can email us at hello@fuzzyard.com to find out if the item you would like will be restocked.

We always recommend treating these items as delicate. Each item comes with a swing tag with washing instructions. If you no longer have these, email us at hello@fuzzyard.com and we will give you the info you need.

Tips & Tricks to get the most life out of your bed! We recommend hand washing in cold water, or using a gentle cycle in a front-loading washing machine.

Treat your pet’s bed like a delicate, pop it into a wash bag or pillowcase if machine washing.

Dry flat only. No ironing, bleaching or dry cleaning, please.

To keep your bed in top shape, we suggest washing around four times a year and spot-cleaning small marks with a sponge in between.
