Delivery
Orders placed after 12pm on weekdays will be processed and dispatched the next business day. Weekend orders? We’ll get to them on the next business day.
Due to high order volumes, processing times may be slightly longer than usual.
Once dispatched, please allow:
- 2–3 business days for delivery within metro areas
- An extra 1–2 business days for non-metro areas
- Up to 5 business days for WA, parts of QLD, NT and Tasmania
Please note: Shipping delays may occur during peak sale periods but we promise your goodies are on their way as fast as their little legs can carry them.
Tracking
Once dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details via Australia Post.

AUSTRALIAN T&C’S.
1.1 It is the customer's responsibility to ensure their delivery details and product order is correct upon checkout.
1.2 Australia Post estimate a delivery time of 3 business days to Metropolitan areas upon dispatch from FuzzYard. Australia Post estimates a delivery time of 5 - 7 working days to rural areas once dispatched from the FuzzYard. Please note that FuzzYard does not accept responsibility for delivery delays due to third party delivery services.
1.3 Once your order has been picked up by Australia Post, you will receive an email letting you know that it is now on the way to you
1.4 All orders require a signature upon delivery
1.5 Should delivery be "Returned to Sender" due to an incorrect delivery address provided by the customer or failure to collect the delivery from the designated local post office or courier outlet due to misdelivery card being left at the delivery address, the order will incur a return to sender fee and freight charges for the original dispatch are non-refundable.
INTERNATIONAL T&C’S.
1.1 It is the customer's responsibility to ensure their delivery details and product order is correct upon checkout.
1.2 For International deliveries, Australia Post estimates a Metropolitan delivery time of 5 - 15 business days upon dispatch. Australia Post estimates rural deliveries can take up to 30 business days upon dispatch. Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for delays due to third party delivery services and unforeseen circumstances such as customs, government stoppages etc.
1.3 Some Countries may charge an entry tax for you to accept your product, this is the recipient's responsibility and FuzzYard is not held responsible for these costs.
1.4 Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email from AusPost so you know that it's on the way to you.
