Australian Returns & Exchanges - Our Policy
We hope you love everything you order from FuzzYard but hey, we get it… sometimes things just don’t work out.
Because our products come in a range of shapes and sizes, we always recommend checking the individual product measurements and our size guides before ordering.
Please note that unfortunately, we do NOT offer product exchanges. If you ordered the wrong size, simply follow the returns process and place a new order for the correct size.
Our Online Returns policy*
- FuzzYard will happily receive returns within 30 days of you receiving your order.
- If we’ve sent you the wrong item or your item is faulty/damaged we’ll happily cover the cost of return shipping. If you’ve changed your mind or purchased the wrong size, shipping will be at your own expense.
- All returned products must be unused, in their original undamaged packaging and contain no fur. Read below for more information.
- All returns must be sent back with a completed Australian Returns Form & a copy of your invoice inside the parcel.
- Please allow 2-3 weeks from the time the item has been sent back to us, for all returns to be receipted and refunds to be issued.
- This policy only covers online orders made via fuzzyard.com.au
- We do not refund sale items for a change of mind or incorrect sizing.
Faulty or Wrong Product?
If you have received an incorrect or a faulty item, please email our customer service at hello@fuzzyard.com along with your order number, description of what you have incorrectly received along with photos. A customer service team member will be in touch with you regarding the Returns Process.
Refund Process
FuzzYard will refund the value of your item (via the original form of payment) within 14 days of receiving and accepting the returned item in the same condition in which it was shipped.
Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

As this is an outlet offering a range of discounted and clearance products, we do not accept returns. All sales are final.
