1. Promoter
The promoter is FuzzYard Pty Ltd (ABN 23 122 729 891) (FuzzYard, we, us or our).
2. Eligibility
-The giveaway is open to Australian residents who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
-Employees of FuzzYard and its related companies, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.
-We may require an entrant or winner to provide reasonable evidence of their age, identity and Australian residency before an entry or prize is accepted or awarded.
-By entering, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.
3. Entry period
The giveaway opens on October 21st and closes at midnight (AEDT) on 31 October 2026.
Entries received outside the Entry Period are invalid.
4. How to enter
To enter:
1.Complete and submit the official FuzzYard giveaway entry form during the Entry Period; and
2. provide the information requested on the entry form.
No purchase is necessary to enter.
Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate, multiple, automated, bulk or otherwise invalid entries may be disqualified.
Entries must be submitted personally by the entrant. We may reject or disqualify entries that are incomplete, illegible, late, submitted using automated entry methods, or that we reasonably believe are fraudulent or otherwise do not comply with these terms.
We may verify the validity of entries and entrants, including by requesting proof of identity, age or residency.
5. Mailing list and marketing consent
By entering the giveaway, you agree to join the FuzzYard mailing list and receive FuzzYard news, offers and other marketing communications.
You can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link provided in our emails.
Your personal information will otherwise be collected, used and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available here.
6. Prizes
There are three (3) prizes:
-1st prize: one FuzzYard voucher valued at $600;
-2nd prize: one FuzzYard voucher valued at $300; and
-3rd prize: one FuzzYard voucher valued at $100.
The total prize pool is $1,000.
Each voucher is provided as a single-use discount code and may be redeemed on our website, excluding beds.
Unless otherwise stated:
-a voucher must be redeemed in a single purchase;
-vouchers are not redeemable for cash;
-vouchers cannot be exchanged, transferred or resold;
-Vouchers can only be redeemed on orders delivered within Australia.
The promoter reserves the right to determine the products and transactions to which the voucher may be applied, subject to these terms and any applicable law.
The winner is responsible for any additional costs associated with using the voucher, including delivery or shipping costs.
7. Delivery of prizes
Voucher codes will be sent by email to the email address provided by the winner when entering the giveaway.
We are not responsible for a prize email being directed to a spam, junk or other filtered folder, or for a prize not being received because an entrant supplied an incorrect or inaccessible email address.
If a prize cannot be delivered because the winner has provided incorrect or incomplete contact details, we may treat the prize as unclaimed and redraw it in accordance with these terms and any applicable permit requirements.
8. Winner selection
The three winners will be selected by random draw on November 2nd, 2026.
The promoter's decision is final, subject to any rights available to entrants under applicable law. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the result of the draw, except where required by law.
9. Contacting winners
Each winner will be contacted by email at the email address provided at entry within 1 day of the draw.
A winner must respond within 30 days of being contacted.
If a winner does not respond within that period, cannot be contacted, is found to be ineligible, or otherwise does not comply with these terms, the promoter may redraw the relevant prize and select another winner.
A redrawn winner may be required to respond within a further period specified by the promoter.
10. Winner publication
Subject to applicable law and permit requirements, the winners' first names and states may be published on FuzzYard's promotional channels.
11. Privacy and personal information
We collect personal information provided by entrants, including names and email addresses, for the purposes of administering the giveaway, verifying eligibility, contacting winners and providing prizes.
If you opt in or otherwise consent by entering, we may also use your details to send you FuzzYard marketing communications, including news, offers and promotions.
We may disclose personal information to service providers who assist us in administering the giveaway or operating our business, including email and marketing service providers, technology providers and prize or delivery providers, where reasonably necessary for those purposes.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
You can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe mechanism in the relevant communication.
12. Technical and other issues
We are not responsible for entries that are delayed, incomplete, incorrectly submitted or not received for any reason, including technical failures, network failures, website outages or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We are not responsible for any interruption, disruption or failure affecting the giveaway caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including technical failures, telecommunications failures, website or platform outages or other events outside our control.
13. Disqualification and fraudulent entries
We may disqualify an entrant or withdraw a prize from a winner where we reasonably believe that the entrant:
-has breached these terms;
-has provided false or misleading information;
-has attempted to enter more than once;
-has used automated, bulk or fraudulent entry methods;
-has tampered with the entry process; or
-has otherwise attempted to obtain an unfair advantage.
Where reasonably necessary, we may verify entries and request evidence supporting an entrant's eligibility.
14. Changes, suspension or cancellation
To the extent permitted by law, we reserve the right to amend, suspend or cancel the giveaway, or modify these terms, where circumstances beyond our reasonable control make this necessary.
Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
15. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, FuzzYard and its related companies, employees and agents are not liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense arising in connection with the giveaway or the use of a prize, except to the extent that such liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy available under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.
16. Australian Consumer Law
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
These terms do not affect any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
17. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of that state and any courts competent to hear appeals from them.
18. Meta disclaimer
This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook or Instagram.
By entering, each entrant releases Meta from any liability arising from or in connection with the giveaway, to the extent permitted by law.
